What makes kitesurfing at Nyali Beach in Kenya so different to any spot in the world is that you have the privilege of an uncrowded ocean, but are still close to all the action. Within two hours, you go from kiteboarding along a white, powder-sand beach, in blue turquoise sheltered seas, to a spectacular few nights on safari!
Nyali Beach is the first and only white powder sand beach on the North Coast. It is a 15 min drive from the airport, and the hotel was the first built on the Coast, so has a prime location, nestled in between exclusive residences, with no other hotels bordering it.
Mombasa has a huge selection of restaurants -from Chinese to Indian to Italian- and the best seafood you can find, all fresh from the Indian Ocean. There is also a huge, diverse and interesting night time party scene.
There is a good combination of chill and relax at the centre after a good day’s kiting, and of getting out and about at night and seeing all that Mombasa has to offer.
